Hi gang! How one misses the bubbling chirpy-chirpy-cheep-cheep of forum nitter-natter-chatter-patter. Those halcyon days when we all loved one another, the medicine cabinet was always full of goodies, and Steve had some hair left to comb. Never mind, life must go on, and as Benjamin Franklin said, the only two certainties in life are death and taxes... Here are some of my recent kitchen shots made into a video presentation. It may be best viewed in Youtube (bottom right button) in HD1020 mode (if your Sinclair ZX Spectrum en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ZX81 on a copper wire can handle that? Turn your speakers up - the soundtrack is the best bit. here's the normal link if you have problems Select full-screen mode. Nice to see you all again.

Great images and I love how you matched the editing to the subject matter. I think my single favorite image is the one of the fork tines coming straight at me, but I am going to have to watch several times.

Rob, That was masterful and mesmerising.....pure sci-fi ....expanding so many things to monumental proportions......transforming others into deliciously disturbing alternate realities. I won't use the word 'Surreal' because that's too commonplace and confining to describe what you've done here. You couldn't have picked better music to compliment your work. And the videowork was superb. I'm going to watch it much more than once And am also enjoying more of Kevin Macleod's music right now incompetech.com/I've already tripped over my own feet to welcome you home on another thread, but will say it again. You coming back makes everything feel complete

Alas I awake to observe the whole rag tag Welsh army encamped before my battlements ;D I am not sure whether to hug you or ban you So I will settle for one of Chris's firm manly handshakes and a heartfelt and sincere welcome back. I seems you already have my lover mastered and mesmerised sir - and as for my hair, though scant 'tis my own - unlike your good self I have not yet had to seek hair care from the Proctor and Gamble furniture polish range ;D Seriously great to see you back at FSC Rob

Heck, if that's a result of the kitchen exploration, I hate to think what you'll come up with from the bedside cabinet!!

the medicine cabinet was always full of goodies, and Steve had some hair left to comb. .... I cannot be sure, but I'm sure I remember a somewhat hirsute nature to Steve's chest, in that frame image of not too long ago... surely enough to comb there

So do I, Kay, so do I, and I tried to fetch and publish it here, but he's taken it down! Do you know if he put it up anywhere other than Flickr?
