OK, so the upgrade has made a right mess of our online home. I am trying to get it decorated like the old place but everything works a little differently so it is not an easy task. My problem now is that I am struggling to remember what we used to have. Can you put any suggestions for what you would like to see here please so that I can try and keep track of things. Thanks for your patience

Banner members photos needs to be centre justified. Oh, and having the click on the members photo taking one to the right post - the one with the banner photo in it - might be a nice touch.

I will sort out the links correctly in the next couple of days when I put some new images up. The centre justify bit is beating me at the minute but I will get it in the end.
Thanks for chipping in Nick.
Anyone else spot anything still wrong?

Steve, Have you looked into the issue where tables no longer render the lines and boarders ? This problem leaves my post Chemical Ingredients, Part 2 of 2 quite confusing. If it turns out that we no longer have any control over how tables are presented, an alternative and an easy fix, would need you to create a new sub board under Film, Wet, Alternative Tutorials titled "Chemical Ingredients" and I'll break up my current posts into a collection of posts, one for each chemical allowing easy access and understanding while providing all the same information.

Hi Steaphany Unfortunately it seems that you now have to specify the border for each DIV within the table. I have fixed that post but it may be a bit of a pain to go thorugh any others and fix them. I just edited your post and added the code style="border: 1px solid #000; padding: 3px;" to the *td* line (swap * for square brackets but can't put them here or the forum thinks it is code) so it now reads *td style="border: 1px solid #000; padding: 3px;"* (again swap * for square brackets) In the upgrade it also seems to have eaten any kind of line breaks in the code. Although it doesn't affect how it translates, it does make it difficult to see where one DIV ends and another begins. As part of adding the border code, I also put the line breaks back in so it is more readable.

Hmmm, Seems they tried to expand the table syntax to provide more functionality similar to what's possible with straight HTML coding. Does proboards have this documented anywhere as I appreciate knowing how flexible it actually it and I have no problems coping with the line wrap or adding more code as all my own HTML is hand coded anyway. Thanks !!!

It turns out that each "0" can range from 0 to 9 and then A to F, hexadecimal and each position represents Red, Green, and Blue, allowing 4096 values for table graphics. This is a cool improvement.

Here are some examples: Using 8 if the Red Position: Row 1 column 1 | Row 1 column 2 | Row 2 column 1 | Row 2 column 2 |
Using F in the Red Position: Row 1 column 1 | Row 1 column 2 | Row 2 column 1 | Row 2 column 2 |
Using F in the Green and Blue: Row 1 column 1 | Row 1 column 2 | Row 2 column 1 | Row 2 column 2 |
and White with F for Red, Green, and Blue: Row 1 column 1 | Row 1 column 2 | Row 2 column 1 | Row 2 column 2 |

Apart from the tedium of so many posts right now, good thing I wasn't further along, The edits can easily be done by cutting my code from the proboards edit screen and pasting into a text editor, doing a global edit to insert the style code, and then a cut and paste back into the edit screen where I then save the result. Hmmm, 120+ posts to edit, that will keep me out of trouble.
