Sorry for the late reply, Marie as I only felt better today coming from a flu. The plugin program I used was alienskin snap art 3. I am using the trial version (15 days) and I am really enjoying it. Yes, you can use it with CS5 and even CS6. Just make sure you download the latest version from Alienskin website: app.alienskin.com/downloads/

Thanks, Paul. For me, the picture had so many options so I figured I would throw it out to everyone to have a go. It is so obvious how differently each eye interprets the image. And the neat thing about this, is that there are no wrong answers.
