I think you know as well as the rest of us these are quite stunning images..at some point, it would be neat if you could take us through your shooting and processing steps..without having to give away all your secrets, of course.
I am quite intrigued by your manipulations, especialy the richness of your blacks. I don't know when I've seen such a rich black outside a very fine mezzontint.
Are you shooting a proprietary IR camera for any of these setups?
Are you using SEP/SEP2?
or...?

Very atmospheric, superb detail in that old boat hut with nice side lighting. You only need a couple of big black birds cloned in now and you would have the makings of a film .

Are you using SEP/SEP2? or...? thanks very much chis Although these are not IR I do have a converted D200 to 820nm and love IR, ill post one up for you I shoot pretty straight really but i do use a lot of exposure layers and a paint brush set at different opacity and a ,lot of time and attention and hours masking. This photo is a composite of the boat hut, the abbey and the sky, im still trying to get this right, here's my lastest attempt, but it wont be the last lol im trying to get the light right, also the abbey was on the left of this hut and the island is so famous id probably have to get it on the left even though i prefer it the pother way round
