Oh Em Gee, Raylee. I simply adore the simplicity and sophistication that you are portraying with these shots of yours (Wow, that's a nice metaphor isn't it. ;D ). #1 and #4 is just so "eye candy" for me. I also loved how you stayed on one subject to interpret "curves". I think this assignment would be so interesting once we're finished with it. Stellar!

Raylee, I like all of your compositions. #2 and #4 work best for me. The bw conversion is really beautiful. Ron, the banana is very nice. I can see a little semi-transparent thing supporting it?

Better way to do that is to use a rod stuck into the blind side. I had a student do something similar last year, floating various objects off a black backdrop...it actually worked pretty well.

A bit nitpicky, but I would decrease the amount of negative space on the left side of the frame. It might mean adjusting the height a bit to even out the composition. I saw the shot and was immediately envious and mad at myself for not doing a similar shot last week...sighhhhhhh. Just relooked at the shot and have decided it shoudl stay as it is...I think...

Your hesitation seems like mine on the central line on the thread "Domestic violence" I have posted here somewhere. And, to be honest Chris, I like it the way it is. You do know by now that I would change anything if I recognize something wrong in the picture.

Giannis, I like the way you selected varied subjects to interpret "curves". From what I'm seeing with your work, your "vision" is clearly developing nicely. I love the simplicity of the "Ropes" and yet I am also very much drawn to the intricacy and chaotic interaction of colors and patterns in the "net". Amazing! Good work, Man! Hey, Giannis! I just want to agree with Jiro, here. I see you developing you vision - these are wonderful. I, expecially, like the last three. Good job!

It seems like you also stayed with one subject, Steve. Good creativity and nice details. That sure is "curvy" to me. ;D Good job!
