How does one stop the banding which seems to occur more on round objects than linearly? I tried numerous techniques to smooth out the banding on the far left globe, but nothing seemed to make it completely go away. Any suggestions would be greatfully accepted.

Chris
I can't see any banding (and I put it in PS and blew it up). Maybe it's your monitor?

With you on this one Rob, no banding to be seen, just the manufacturing joints.

Yup! Looked at an LG while I was out today. It is a 24 inch, wide screen LED 1900x 1028 resolution...now to find one at newegg.

Hi Chris, I got the LG W2600H, a 26" monitor for just a little more money than the 24" and I couldn't be happier. It surpasses any monitor I've ever used.
