I am testing to determine how to make an effective cinemagraph that is reasonable in size. In this case I took a stone gargoyle and tried to make it appear to come alive for just long enough to catch attention. It is dormant for about 10 seconds. The timing of each frame is controlable in Photoshop in the Window menu, Animation so if you want to download and explore, you should be able to open it in Photoshop. It seems to run slower in the forum than it does elsewhere.

Nice experiment, Frank. Looks like a good effect to try and experiment on in the future.
