This image feels like it is upside down to me Ken. I think it is possibly due to the title and my expectation of a curtain than the image itself.
I like the way the light and shadow works on the RHS, but it also make sthe rest of the image look a little flat. Maybe it would be worth trying to selectively darken the LHS to match the right?

Interesting idea, Steve, thanks, I will have to try that. I darkened the corners a bit, but otherwise "played it straight" as to how it looked in reality. As for the title, it's interesting that someone else who saw this when I titled it literally "iris leaves" was disappointed that he knew what it was rather than just seeing it as an abstract. I guess from now on I'll go with "untitled."
