Thought I would post these. Love this project. 100 Strangers. Check out the 100 Strangers Group on Flickr.com Lots of really good portraits and stories to go along with them. These 3 that I am posting are my favorites and best so far. #3/100 Jose by ebamismoi, on Flickr #4/100 Tasha by ebamismoi, on Flickr #5/100 Jheryl by ebamismoi, on Flickr

Its a great project Joe, good on you for taking part.
Have you discovered your killer technique yet for getting the stranger to agree?

Good on you Joe. It takes balls to photograph strangers in this way....although No 1 looks like he wants to mangle your wurzels

I agree that it looks like a great project and I'm sure the more of this you do, the easier it becomes. Way to go, Joe!

Thanks Steve! The hardest part is getting up enough nerve to approach the stranger and strike up a conversation, then ask for a photo. I think maybe the fear of rejection comes to mind. I think the best thing I can do is to appear confident and friendly. Thanks Wirefox. Not sure what Wurzels are but I think I would want to keep them. LOL! Thanks Janis! Its a fun project and I am sure I will get better as time goes by. I enjoy looking at the strangers that other members have posted and reading all about them. Some do post interesting stories, while some are rather brief. Thanks everyone. Hope to post more soon.

Joe, it appears that you have met the challenge of taking pictures of individuals with all different skin tones and have have been able to represent them accurately.
Really, really nice job.
