I don't see an image, Mick. =(
Wait! Well, THAT was bizarre! I didn't see an image until I pressed the button to enter this comment - then, immediately - voila! It's there, now.=]

I know that you like and want good and tough C&C - I can only give tough praise, here. This is absolutely gorgeous! There's even a catch light in the owls eyes. The upper wing looks as delicate as a shell. The colors are just lovely! I have no idea what could be improved - if you know, I'd love to hear and learn! =] Do you know, here I live in the countryside - hear owls, at night, all the time - calling to each other. I haven't seen one in the wild, though, for over a decade and, certainly, not since I moved up here, out of town. I've been thinking for a long while, now, that I'd like to get one on 'film'. I'm must not be looking in the right places. ( )

Hey Kate I had to go looking for these. Once I had found them, It was a case of waiting and waiting. However, of the hundreds of Images taken, only a handful could be used. Like most things, It's a case of being in the right place at the right time. Knowing the right place is a start. The right time? An hour or two after Dawn and before dusk. Thanks Kate

Very nice capture. Owls are very difficult to capture. Amazing IQ with the TC.
Oh one can only dream...........maybe one day I will have a nice piece of long glass.
