Lovely. I like how you were able to retain the petal detail. Focus is spot on. Do you cultivate them then?
Thanks for the shooting information.

Thank you both for the comments. . . .Do you cultivate them then? . . . No. I was driving and we passed a nursery - it was sunrise - this fellow and a few of his mates were poking through the fence. The variance in yellows and the red "blood vessels" caught my eye. I can't even grow plastic flowers . . . WW

Nicely done William. The flowers will always go down well with the ladies here If you really want to get them on side, pink is good too ;D I take it you used PP to darken the background down if it was shot with available light. I can see a slight light spot top left. Lovely detail.

I take it you used PP to darken the background down if it was shot with available light. Yes I did. But it didn’t require all that much in PP. FYI - Here is close to the original as was JPEG SOOC. As I mentioned the flower was outside the Nursery, that is the boundary “cyclone fence” of the Nursery, behind it which "SHOULD" have been removed in PP. *** I can see a slight light spot top left. I also see a little spot of dark blue, at top left. Oops! That was an error by me. In my haste to find a flower to give, I have uploaded the wrong version. Never mind, it is still a nice flower! WW
