You will find a new feature on our home page. This feature allows you to view all posts added since your last visit. All credit to Chris at Proboards support for the code. This is not a fool proof or ideal solution but its worth giving it a whirl Please note the following; 1. The code rounds up to the nearest hour for last visit time. ProBoards would not accept a search for a decimal hour value and doesn't have a minutes parameter. Therefore, some posts that you saw last visit MAY appear. 2. A "visit" is only initiated whenever the visit cookie can be set. The cookie can only be set again IF a user clears their cookies or closes their browser. Therefore, people who leave their browser open always are out of luck. 3. When there are large images in the list of 'new' posts it takes a few seconds to resize the board please be patient. I would like to hear from some of you with lower connection speeds all forum mods are done using a 'fast' broadband connection

It's a good added feature. Steve. Others would appreciate it. I was surprised when it showed all the posts below the last one I just posted.

Thank you sounds good to me & I will be the perfect test dummy as our speed is only 200kbps Julia should stop chatting with elderly monarchs debating on the important dilemma of 'to curtesy or not to curtesy' and get the national broad band network organized. We may not be in Sydney but we're not by any stretch in the outback Failing that - BC finishes work on Friday so setting up a new provider if better is on his to do list.

Well it works just fine down here - yes very slow for a slow connection spot when it hits larger images, but you can scroll quickly through the 'text only' posts & mental note to go back into the threads with new images
I even found a post where for some reason either me or Norfolk Island are about to be deported to Some mountain range in Wales, previously inhabited by Sartorially elegant Vest wearing, but trouser forgotten Bears....

Thanks for testing Kay..and that post you found sound pretty normal for FSC. Have you got to the teddy bears glamour section yet. You cant say we are not eclectic (read as 'eccentric') in our discussion habits
