I love Annecy, went there a couple of times as a teenager for the summer holidays.
Isn't that lake georgeous?
Nice picture. Can you dodge the maestro a bit to make him come away from the background a bit more?

Thanks. I am guilty of creating too many virtual copies of images in Lightroom, each of which has a slightly different edit or marks an evolutionary point in the final edit. Picking the right one then becomes more of a lottery. Guess I need to get into the renaming game! I also find that I need to tweak an image for a particular forum as some seem to portray a less contrasty image than others.

Hi Mike, FWIW I like both versions. What makes this work for me is the guy having his glasses on the end of his nose. I know what you mean about the variation in the way images get displayed - drives me nuts.
