I like this very much - nice job Chris. Oh, and don't pay any attention to the folks who want an addition - man, dog, 'gator, whatever - "to give it a sense of scale" What paper are you going to print it on? There are so many shades of brown in there, it might be quite a test.

Really nice work! Under-the-pier shots are kind of a cliche, but this has a lot of things that make it special - the broken symmetry from that support in the middle, the shadow, and the rich colors.
