I saw this on FB and wondered then as I do now if a much darker foreground might help to suck the eye into the lower middle ground of light purple, thus almost silhouetting the trees at the top of the mound. Just a thought.

Are you saying just to add another blend layer and darken?

Oh, and BTW, the other image I told you about - the one that I sold - came out really nice using Walmart's photo labs. Thank you for telling me about them vs WHCC.

I see what Chris is saying about the silhouette Rie. I take it this is near your new place? If so, and when the opportunity arises again, it would be great if you could get the perspective just so that the mound and trees are against the sky, without the other land in the background.
You have got some great colours in the sky. Really beautiful.
