Well...just to throw a new thought in, I prefer the first version, because for me, the dark clouds to the right add some drama. What is coming? A storm? Or are we seeing the calm after the storm. Without them, it becomes a very well done image, without the same punch-line.

I like the cropped/straightened version, it has a very good composition, absolutely the right decision to go for the BW conversion. It makes me wonder what happened to cause this, when all is so serene now. This is a keeper for sure Ron, well done.

Thanks Kit and Rob.There are several other boats that have either sunk or are adrift in this section of the river and the city is not to pleased with them mucking up the scenery.That particular boat is not there anymore.
