Great lighting and composition, stacks of detail in the skin, and the eyes are lit nicely.

Super processing Antonio. Is this a re-process of an old image with your new SEP program? If so, it works very well!

Super processing Antonio. Is this a re-process of an old image with your new SEP program? If so, it works very well! It is indeed but - BUT - it is not good in quality terms. The original is a jpg ... The SEP is very good indeed and made me turn to B&W which in fact, I always liked and didn't know

Antonio, this processing really does suit your work. Another really powerful image.
Jpg should actually be just fine provided you get the exposure right in camera...good idea to switch to tiff format for subsequent processing though.

But, I had - some time ago - a problem with my disk - not a Mac - and I lost the raws. I was able however, to get the jpgs. I was very upset for the fact of losing the raw files. But I just couldn't help it By the way: Do you use any kind of back up ? Do you use Dropbox for example ? My son and my daughter in law they both do because of the importance of their work. Should I ? Most probably yes.

Yes Steve, I opened the jpg and saved it in tif at once. I worked on it and then exported in jog.

Wow! He looks like he's full of character! Oh I don't think so He is a local popular singer without any special talent I am afraid. He is good at posing. I am sorry I can' meet him again these days... He would be an excellent model with the cross ear rings, hair and posture ;D

By the way: Do you use any kind of back up ? Do you use Dropbox for example ? My son and my daughter in law they both do because of the importance of their work. Should I ? Most probably yes. When I download my images to my computer, I do a quick edit to delete any duff images, then make copies of this file onto two independent external hard drives. Only after this has been done, will I reformat the card in camera.
