Antonio, whilst being technically good, these do not have any attributes that make you want to look twice. It would have been great to have some positive expressions and good eye contact, or perhaps see them in action. They look quite sad and bored. Sorry, Antonio, they are not "doing it" for me.

I have to agree with Rob on this one, after being used to some of your superb monochrome portrait work, you have set a standard. But out of the three here, I prefer the top left as he is making good contact with the camera.
