I like the idea of this image, using the pleasure craft and working boats in the background, but would had suggested that you moved to your right a bit so that the mask of the pleasure boat was between the two cranes, as this would had given it more separation.

Nice idea, "Work and Leisure".
Light is a little high and harsh, maybe a later shot with a lower am/pm warmer light (preferably behind you, but that depends on the orientation...)
IMO there is too much water in foreground, could use a crop off the bottom to bring the water line on the lower third.
The dark post on the far left is a distraction, IMO I would lose it.
