Took a quick run out to the state park this afternoon...still spitting sand out of my teeth. Coolish 30 knot wind just about took the hide off me and between that and the salt spray I had to work to get any decent images..perhaps these two will show what the day looked like. CC always appreciated.

Wind looks pretty fierce at the beach today Chris. It's been blowing good and strong here also. Both images look good to me.I like the second image better for the wave action.Suppose the camera needed a good cleaning to.

Thorough Cleaning, though I generally keep mine in a plastic pouch with just the lens sticking out. Keeps the salt spray off everything.

Wow Chris, it was a blowin! You managed a couple nice shots to show it. I like the first, it reminds my of my time in Florida.....now the next two shots must be a downpour of the likes you can not see your outstretched hand. I do really think you #1 is quite nice.

I like them both Chris. Especially number 2. You have really captured the elements doing their worst.

Although image 2 shows the power in those waves, I think image 1 just has the edge for me. Having the rough waves and red flag flying as well as the long grasses bent over in the wind.

Chris, I like #1 best - the red flag and grass bent over do the job for me. I have to say I'm addicted to the sea shore - it's variation in light and mood is huge, and always changing.
