I've whacked this poor image up 50 ways to Sunday and am still not happy. Message I want to convey is the people gathering to watch the sunset. It was chilly, very blustery, and bright!  |

I agree, I don't think there is a need for a crop. I think you would struggle less if fhere had been a little more color begining to creep in for the event. Nice image either way Chris.

No it doesn't need a crop, its great as it is. It doesn't have a sunset feel to it though maybe warm it up if you want it to look like sunset.

I also think it looks fine as it is, but if you felt you really wanted a crop, then I would go the opposite way to Steve, and crop some off the top, as this would bring the horizon more towards the thirds.
