What great lines in these hills. You have capture the details well, and as I just noted in Daves image I like the inclusion of people for scale. The vastness could easily be lost here without them. I do wish there was a hair more room for the two people top left. Very good Antonio.

I like the Detail Extractor very much but I have to use it carefully because it is very powerful - I should say too powerful - and may not work as expected. I have also duplicated the layer and changed the blending mode to Multiply. I got a very dark image which I adjusted with the opacity slider at will. I made a mask on the bright areas where I wanted to enhance the mountain to brighten them up

Silly to say this but what I really mean is that - with time and as always - we get to know the tool and use it better. I forgot to tell you that I have also used ... let me go and see ... Graduated Neutral Density which I have to turn around a bit.
