I like #3 the best Donny. i think it's the simplicity and the complementary nature of the blue and orange colours.
#2 looks like it needs straightening a bit too. Is that a stitched pano?

Lot of blue cast in the first two. If you are in CS5, make a copy layer, go to blur - average -invert - overlay and reduce opacity to taste.

Very nice Don. I like #3 of the first bunch and both of the edits. Couple of interesting buildings in there. Nice cityscapes.
