I like the second image Chris.A very good conversion.Don't know about that first one though.maybe If you removed those flags It might look a whole lot better. ;D

It's only for 1 year and they are offering 27K more than I made as a HS teacher.

Good luck Chris. Will the extra cash justify the 70-200 VR with Mrs C?

Me thinks yes....and it's a cush job as I only have to teach four, three hour classes a week compared to the 3 hour and a half, five days a week classes I teach now...and no whiny parents.

Chris, those ROCK! I see so many different areas to shoot in those buildings.Fun lines to work with and lots of glass. Love that reflection on the wall mid right mark. The lines in the second are cool too. Love the way they lead you up the sidewalk, past the benches and to the doors, then up to the top of the building with its smooth curves and into the cloudy sky. This looks to have a better feel in B&W. Good luck with the job.Now you can afford even more glass.

Sorry Chris I missed this. Very best of luck with the job..although I expect for someone with your talents and experience 'luck' does not come into it. I agree that the second image is a very good conversion although a cropping the r/h frame to remove the two windows would make the image far simpler.

Good luck with the Job Interview.
I prefer your second shot, the monochrome works well here with good lighting giving nice clean shadows and lines.

I'll give that a shot, though I think I looked into it at the begiining of my final crop and felt it didn't give enough lead in...decisons, decisions.
