This storm was so loud, it awoke me from a deep sleep. I enjoyed watching it because the lightning was dancing from cloud to cloud unlike Marie's which made a beeline to the ground. (I like those too.) I wish it had awakened me earlier as I am sure I missed some of the better stuff.

I did but didn't keep track of time. I looked at the exif data and it shows 28 seconds for this exposure. f:8, ISO 100. I was in such a hurry to get outside, I didn't have my wireless remote, so had to hold the shutter open manually. Even so, there isn't enough camera shake to worry over.

No there isn't any noticeable camera shake - I like the colors that are here and there in the clouds.

Nice job Chris. It looks like it might be one of those images that look like monochrome, but which loose a lot if you do a conversion?
