Gasperific, Don! Especially that first one! Wonder about the man in the shadow, though.... he seems to be half there and half not. As a matter of fact, what about cropping in from the left - cropping out the man and that bit of wall (that I didn't even see, at first) - and putting the pagoda on some sort of golden mean - or 'third'. In other words, it doesn't need to be exactly on the third but it would be the thing that balances out that side of the image. You know.... that "less is more" thing. Does that make sense? Also, what about cropping up from the bottom on #3 and, maybe, #2? (not sure about that for #2, though.) and, in #2, what about removing the bit of shadowy rock that's sticking in halfway up the left side of the frame? Also, does #3 need a slight ccw rotation? Just gorgeous, though!

Don, I also like that first shot and agree with Katy about the mans head and shoulders...a simple clone but better still I would crop a sixth of the way in from the left to balance the composition. Very nice though all the same.

Well, It's a tough assignment - someone has to do it - and that person is you. Well done! BTW do you have any idea how hugely improbable a business meeting in Bali sounds to the rest of the world?

I was thinking that Nick...Don must have a very sympathetic travel and subsistence department...we get grilled over a skinny latte at Tebay services

BTW, I was lucky to have this meeting in Bali... Why don't you all come down here and we can have Katy's new blueberry cake by the beach... ;D

Great series Donny! I will make sure that the cake gets there intact.

How come all my business meetings end up in boring places, and it is still raining. We pay lots of pounds to go to places like this.
Great photos by the way, and agree with the edits.

Great stuff Donny. I thought my boss said I had to go to a meeting in Bali once, turned out to be Barnsley
