Well, I get and enjoy the association, but I might be inclined to crop the umbrella.

Hi Chris, I'm not going to give this a technical critique, apart from saying that I think that the B&W conversion suits it perfectly But since so much of the original is already naturally almost monochrome, it's hard to choose between the two. I love the steam-punk-meets-pill-bug effect, and the alliteration in "Taste its Tingling Tartness" is almost a tongue-twister ;D I love the feel of the metal too. Is it aluminium?

Unlike most of the Airstreams (all aluminum and very expensive) found in America's travel parks, buffed to a shiny lustre and well cared for, these "shops" sit less than a 1/4 kilometer from the ocean and it is doubtful, other than the rain, these ever see a good washing.
The crop doesn't work and there was no way to get the shot without the umbrella.

I love the old Airstream trailors. Your treatment {both} suit them perfectly Chris. There are very few of these trailors around these days and are quite popular with the food cart industry. I think they have a great classic look.

Tried a different B&W conversion. Which do you like the best?
