In viewing this crop, give thought to how the bubbles break one reality and create yet another. I am currently developing a series I call, "The Perception of One's Own Reality."

These are right up my alley, Chris, but #1 is far and away my favourite. I just love the tonal variation of the reflection to the left of the post in particular.

Chris, I like both, but in particular #1. I find it has a better “balance” - it's more comfortable for just allowing my eye to look around and take it in.

Great series and I'd like more. #1 - there's a division here between the "reality" of the post that divides the "unreality" of the reflection. We are seeing quite a mix of sea, sky and ship in the reflected part, especially the left side. Great detail here.
I prefer the crop of the second image as for me it is a "less has more" image. Just a bit too much on the uncropped second image.
