I need a small help please. I am writing a blog in Portuguese which can be translated anytime to any language on a daily basis. (Well, I am trying on a daily basis I have a Flickr account with a set called "Forums" which is only visible to myself, where I place all the images I want to post on forums. The settings on this gallery go like this: When I want to use an image I make Share and this windows pops up Under forums the option 2.b runs fine, it doesn't work at all on Blogspot. I have also tried option 1 (Grab the link) without any success. Neither x nor y works! I have posted in Flickr asking for help but until today, nothing ! On Blogspot side the message always runs like this What am I missing, please ? Thank you

Antonio I have never used blogspot so the only thing I can see wrong is that in your last screen grab you have some ubbc code in the URL in addition to the address. I also believed (possibly wrongly) that the guest pass in Flickr only allows guests in Flickr to see your images. I did not believe the permission to be transferable to external sites.

Antonio, it appears you need to connect your Flicker and Blog accounts together Select the “Sharing & Extending” tab on the Flickr account page. Click the “More Sites” link and choose “Blogger” from the list of blogging services. Click “Grant Access” to connect Flickr to your Blogger blog. If you’re not already logged into your Google account, the site will prompt you to log in. Navigate to the photo you want to transfer to your blog and click the “Share” button above the image. Select “Blogger” from the blogging services, then type a title and a description of the image in the provided text boxes. Click “Post” to transfer the Flickr image to a new post in your blog. Thank you Steve When getting the HTML link from flickr I get this <a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/antoniocorreia/8300128649/" title="04 by Antonio-Correia, on Flickr"><img src="farm9.staticflickr.com/8223/8300128649_34807c6f49.jpg" width="500" height="214" alt="04"></a>
To suceed I have only to erase the bold text (using only the underlined code) and there it is. A photograph hidden from the public but available on forums and blogspot. Great. This is what I was needing

I think that you get the ubbc (code) because the linking to flicker is designed to be inserted directly into the blog text facilitated by the method described in my second post. So yes when using the 'select file' method deleting the ubbc will work Have a great Christmas and hopefully prosperous new year Antonio
