The water you see coming out of the top is actually the bottom of a bar called the "Rising Tide" which goes from the Grand Promenade to Central Park (pics yet to come), up and down all day and night long. The whole affair is quite spectacular as the water show is really awesome. Note where the Mercedes is sitting and it's size compared to the rest of the area. Also note this is a Q&D edit just to show scale.
