@chris: I have this file saved as a PSD, so I'll post the color image a little later today.This image was taken in direct sunlight so the contrast is on the harsh side just a tad.I have another image similar to this one taken in shaded light which I'm going to work on that has more detail in the black areas of this image.It might take a while as I have to dodge and burn with using the touch pad on the laptop.

As far as the employment thing I am still looking.
