Love everything but the light pole in the 3rd image. Love the clouds in last two.

Hi, Nick Maybe I am weird, but this is what I found attractive nicksimage - my edit by mariehass, on Flickr I did nothing except for a simple crop. 'Rie

She may just have a point there...and perhaps also clone out the last remnant of the fence.

Agreed, Chris. I am sick and just didn't feel like doing more.
Thank you.
Rie.

Love everything but the light pole in the 3rd image. Love the clouds in last two. Thanks Chris. Sounds like you've been talking to Thea. She said the same thing about the light pole. I did point out that the point of taking the picture in the first place was because the top of the street light is in permanent shade and thus the light never goes out.

A great set Nick.
I like your use of the wall to Create a leading line in 1,4 and 5. I think that is the reason why 2 lacks a little something compared to the others for me.
My first thought was the same as Chris' and Thea's about the street lamp and I love the way the house rooves look like they are covering the bridge at first glance. Maybe the lamp should go in this wider view but stay on a closer crop to make it more of the subject instead of the bridge.
I like the edit on number 4 but my first thought was to crop the left side off slightly just to take it tight up to he edge of the trees but still retain the wall.
One of these days I am going to have to come up your way and get you to do a tour of all these great spots.

3 and 4 are really impressive Nick. I love them. I keep expecting Cleg, Foggy and Compo to stroll into view...wrong county though :-)

Nice set Nick! I agree about the edit to #4. You might try something similar on #3.
