I'd shoot with my Voigtländer Bessa more if it were not for the tripod mount being something else than the contemporary 1/4-20 UNC thread. I have tried to research this but haven't found much, so I want to ask, Does anyone know what Voigtländer used back in the 1930's for the Tripod mount: so I can find a bushing or adapter to fit it to a 1/4-20 UNC ?

Somewhere in my box of goodies, I have a small herd of adapters from various makes of cameras I've collected over the years. I'll have a look. I'd probably just have to send you the whole box as I wouldn't have clue one which fit what.

The fact that you have amassed a collection of adapters tells me two possibilities: - Old photo equipment manufacturers liked making products that everyone else did
- We're lucky that the industry settled down to just two camera-tripod thread sizes today
Apart from the Voigtländer, I've only seen the 1/4-20.
