Sadly, iMac was not in my budget so...HP it is. Windows 8.1 HP So completely different than Windows 7 and as much as they tried to make it iPad like... no go. Anyway... Its been so long since I've used anything other than my iPad that I can't remember what the monitor was suppose to look like. When I compare the desktop monitor to the iPad...no comparison. Before replacing the computer (tower) I was always pleased with how pictures printed out compared to what I saw on the monitor. Will changing the computer alter the calibration of the monitor? HEEELLLLLPPPPPP!

In my experience, yes it could well do. You'll probably have a different video card and the basic set-ups are bound to be different. If you had previously calibrated your monitor then you'll definitely be starting all over. Bad news I'm afraid.

Thank you, Mike. I was thinking that may be the case.
