My alpha77 has a 3D picture taking mode built in - which would be great for people with binocular vision - unfortunately, I don't

which would be great for people with binocular vision - unfortunately, I don't There's no need to cry, you're not alone, I too see a flat world. The only cues I have for distance are different rates of parallax shift for moving objects or which object obscures the more distant. The "look" provided by 3D photo viewers is surreal because the world does not appear that way.

I get a lot of stick from my kids for not being able to see steps or uneven pavement, that I often trip up, or down - the flat world is a hard one to negotiate - but it looks great through the viewfinder!
Thanks, I was born this way, so I don't really cry about it, unless I stub my toe too often...
