This is another shot of my trip to Llangorse Lake, I wanted to get the three boats in the shot and was waiting for the last one to line itself up with the rest as they were moving about, then just as I was composing the shot this swan paddled into view. Nikon D700, f9, 1/160 sec, ISO 800, 15mm using Sigma 12-24 Lens. Edit, removing some of the noise.

Love the overall composition, though wonder if it couldn't be cropped to just slightly beyond the swan........or, do something about those really dark trees to the left. For me, it's too....gritty-grainy-harsh, especially given the delicacy of a swan's feathers.

I think this image is very difficult to view on screen as the dark areas still retain some detail on my monitor, I have got this image ready to print and I'm sure it will print out nicely, although I may have another go at this one processing it in a different way and see how it compares.

I have just taken this image through Noise Ninja, do you think this improves the image or not.
