I am finding the break lines between the individual messages quite difficult to see, especially the listing when replying to a post. Could we have a clearer demarkation line between the messages please?

Good point, Rob. I'm sure Steve can tweak that for us. That's actually the idea why we decided to go online now with the changes so you all can tell us the small and big details on how to improve the changes. Many thanks, Rob.

Ah, so I should have gone dark !!
Is there a way of switching the posts so that the latest post is at the top rather than the bottom?

Rob, I see what you mean - I will look into it. Is there a way of switching the posts so that the latest post is at the top rather than the bottom? Mike, I hadnt noticed that. I will add to to the list of things to do

I am still not happy with the board icons. I might try a camera where the lens turns green whn there are new posts on the board.

I've tried adjusting the screen size but it looks no better. here is what mine looks like.

If we can make the gradient of each reply box getting darker in between posts then that would create a clearer separation between replies. Just an idea.
The width of the post box is too wide on my computer. Are you getting the same result on yours, Rob? maybe, we can set it at a predetermined width and somehow automatically center it from left to right. I also noticed that the column for the member on the left side got too narrow. What do you think?

I just noticed that the left colum has gone much narrower in this thread, due no doubt to me posting a screen grab image that was 1026 pixels wide? Other threads seem OK. I think making each alternate post a slightly different shade, as you suggest, would work well in separating the posts.

I like the previous state wherein the members column on the left is a bit wider. Actually I like it trimmed just a little bit but not as narrow as what we're having right now.
For me, the window where we view the replies shouldn't be too wide for better readability. Too wide of an area would strain the eyes to move erratically from left to right.
