Hmm. Janis, both you and Steve have CEP? I think, like Chris, I will have to do some research. I like your impressionistic version, too. I like the range of cooler greens with the brighter yellows.
ohhhh!! Pinot Noir? Local to you or generic? There are no nice local wineries around here. What you get locally made around here is moonshine. ;D ;D ;D

If you're interested in Color Efex Pro, I'd encourage you to get the Complete Collection, with Silver Efex Pro. I have the plug-ins for Aperture. I use Viveza a fair amount, because sometimes it is easier to use the Nik control points than Aperture's brushes. I haven't really learned to use the denoising and sharpening plug-ins properly but that might be a project for this weekend. In any case, CEP2 and SEP2 alone are worth the price of the Complete Collection, I think.
The Pinot is a cheap French vintage from my local LC. Nothing special, but good enough to get a mellow on.

Just got finished putting together a crockpot meal - pork roast, mini-sweet potatoes, petite carrots, baby candy onions, mushrooms and whole green beans. Throw in a bit of wine, water and a gravy mix. Let cook 8 hours on low. Cheese bread and butter on the side. Yummmm......
Janis, thank you. I will check it out.

We're having garlic-herb marinated, grilled pork tenderloin, sautéed seasoned baby potatoes with mushrooms, and haricot verts...that's fancy for skinny, baby green beans , salad and rustic bread. Oh...this was a PP thread...

Yes, but it is OK. I will PP my food this eve. Sounds like you and I used the same "filters", Mary.

(Sigh.) I cleaned my garage. Clean garages are...good things! My day: Got new tires for college boy's car, gave college boy a haircut, picked up college boy's contacts, gave Lucy an injection in her back... I had to poke her twice cuz i got scared, went on a 14 mile bike ride with a stop at Starbuck's on the way home, had dinner, looked at Twitter and Pinterest, the guys headed to Buffalo Wild Wings for UFC fight night, put my jammies on and am sitting on the couch with Lucy. Sounds exciting, huh?

I am super jealous of the 14-mile bike ride. How is Lucy?

She's on three different medications and 2x a week injections in her back...about an inch off her spine. She has mild Dysplasia ( but the vet and orthopedic vet don't think that's the issue). They think she had an injury to her right hip that has progressed and due to that she's guarded it so much that her knee is turning out and the muscles have atrophied which worsens the hip and knee.
Thanks for asking. She's sleeping a lot but seems to be more comfortable.
